Our commercial plaster sprayers are economical and make applying stucco and plaster fast and easy.

Use the wall sprayer with your 5 hp electric (220 volt), 6.5 hp gas compressor or larger.  More air is better, bigger tanks are better. The goal is to let the compressed air do the work for you. If you have at least an 8 hp gas compressor, it is a good idea to maximize the air flow and throwing power with 1/2″ ID air hose and fittings.

In Australia and New Zealand the stucco sprayer is also called a render gun or render sprayer.

Stucco Sprayer for Ceilings

The ceiling hopper  sprayer has four fixed jets that require a 7 cfm at 90 psi compressor. This sprayer greatly reduces the extreme labor of applying stucco to ceilings. The metal hopper is designed to attach to a 5 Hp or above air compressor.

The unit weighs 5 pounds and is comfortable to hold for most people. While you spray the hopper can be dipped into a wheelbarrow or plaster drum to add material. We recommend having a 5-gallon bucket full of water handy to rinse the sprayer.

The hopper holds about a gallon of mix. The tool length is 36″, and the hopper is approximately 9″W x 9.5″L x 7″ D. The hopper is rinse-dipped in water periodically to keep holes clear (especially when using ferro cement and cement based mixes), and is sprayed with a heavy duty lubricant before use (LPS 3 product recommended, or WD 40.) A spiral cleaning tool is included.
